All Smiles Denture Clinic is looking for a FT Office Administrator. We are a busy little Denture Clinic that focuses on attention to detail while giving great service and care to our clients. The person we are seeking must enjoy interacting with people while keeping our office running efficiently. Responsibilities: Handling client inquiries and bookings Taking payments and paying billsCorresponding with other dental health professionals as well as insurance companies.Cleaning, disinfecting and setting up of op roomsOrdering and keeping inventory of suppliesPreparing bookwork for bookkeeperOther duties as assigned. Hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch, typically Monday - Thursday with some Friday mornings as needed.
