COMPLIANCE MANAGERRed Deer Mortgage Company Responsibilities: Review of outstanding loans each month with management and determine which loans will require follow-up Monitor all loan &ldquoSites&rdquo and report any problems or issues. Will require monthly or quarterly visits to each site throughout Western Canada. Follow up on any late Interest payments or outstanding Interest payments. Collect postdated cheques where necessary. Assist on problem accounts that require monthly monitoring and report back with any recommendations for improvement. Monthly meeting with Borrowers to keep up to date on construction, sales or maintenance depending on the current status of the loan. Follow up with new borrowers on initial document gathering and review. Manage any loans under bankruptcy to ensure no issues fall through the cracks. Manage late stage asset recovery and collection.
