Skills required: Large Kelly Rig Operating experience - Direct mud rotary & flooded reverse - Operate centrifugal and duplex mud pumps - Understand mud properties - CDL license preferred - Know how to use mud property testing instruments - Maintain drilling production records - Must be able to supervise drilling crew - Must have 5 years minimum experience as water well driller - Competitive pay with bonuses - Housing with utilities may be available - References required - Starting salary $75k, based on experience
