Each BR has a Queen size bed. Kitchen, living room, breakfast nook, family room, large deck, laundry room, 2 bathrooms. Storage available in the garage. Campfire area and free parking. Electricity supplied at cost by meter, free Wi-Fi. Renter will need a police check. Please go to Shawnigan RCMP or an other RCMP detachment for a "Police Information Check" it's free. Renters will also need a guarantor to pay rent if the tariffs cause unemployment. Pricing may be flexible if renter helps with maintenance. If renter wants the King bedroom with the ensuite bathroom with a 2-person soaker tub it's $180 per month more, then landlord will reserve a Queen room for his use.
