Hello, I am looking to sub-lease my downtown rental unit while I am away for some overseas work. This would be available December 31'st The unit is furnished with a mattress, tv console, desk and coffee table with storage. You need to buy bedding, and rails for the bed. Dishwasher/fridge/microwave/stove/oven/ and washing/drying machine are the appliances present. The damage deposit is $650.00, utilities are extra but run between $20-$40 per month Depending on how work goes for me you may be able to stay here long term, I'm looking for someone ideally wishing to stay for a year, but it will need to be a month to month agreement in the rare event I need to come back sooner.
